Since God Could Not Come To Earth, He Sent YOU!
Now I am not that religious personally and I prefer to believe that ‘god’ (call it what you like) represents love and compassion.
I was fascinated by the Dannion Brinkley’s story. This is a guy who got struck by lightening and was dead for 28 minutes. His story is interesting to say the least – a true life after death experience. However having said that, he is taking it commercially to the max claiming extraordinary psychic abilities. This has caused some dis-credibility especially regarding his ‘predictions’. Still for me the story of near death experience (NDE) he shares is interesting.
One thing that struck me most is when he talked about who we really are. Not only does he testament to the existence of what I call our full potential self but in regards to our life on earth he says:
“Think of it this way – if god could not come to earth today – instead he sent YOU.”
Now how profound is that to the way you would live your life and connect with others? If we embraced this message perhaps we would see others for who they really are and their need to be loved. If you for one day radiate compassion and kindness you will be surprised at how that makes YOU feel – try it today!
